Bellevue Phat Pad

Today’s Sweet Dig is a tres cool Bellevue townhome going for $550,000: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, and 1,785 square feet. It was built in 1975 but I couldn’t tell. The staging is beautifully done; not a single piece of Ikea furniture in sight. Take away the distractions and you’re left with spacious rooms in white. It’s really a nice blank canvas for showing off your inner-yuppie, err upwardly mobile lifestyle.

Like the fancy dessert you can hardly put a fork to, the living room is almost too nice. I couldn’t imagine sitting there dressed in less than slacks and a nice button-down. There’s a room with a couch and nude sketchings that appears ideal for late night sessions with an in-house shrink. In the kitchen stands a jumbo refrigerator, worthy of your most epic trips to Costco. I love it.

This townhouse is in a great location. Bellevue Way SE is a block away; take it north for a mile and you’ll end up at Bellevue Square. Drive south for a few minutes and you’ll wind up near the junction of I-90 and I-405.

The average $/square feet of homes in the neighborhood is $371, today’s Sweet Dig comes in at $308.
