West Seattle: 2 Million for a Tri-plex?

This house has piqued my curiosity for some time now. It has been on the market for an extended period and I just needed to see what it was all about. Guess what? It’s a giant tri-plex.

Yes, it looks like your typical mansion from the outside but inside it’s three nice sized apartments plus a main floor living area. So, if you rented out the three apartments for $2,550 each and also lived there you could almost pay the mortgage. Never mind taxes, insurance etc. I think this would be better for one affluent family or as the set of a reality TV Show.
