Alki Beach Condo/Townhouse Price Reductions
Several condos and townhouses in the Alki Beach area have lowered their prices recently. Based on the size of the reductions it seems as though the sellers are getting antsy:

1005 Harbor Ave SW #500 - Dropped $50K to $1,099,000
